Error 380 in the Appointment Scheduler

If you receive error 380, "Invalid Property Value," when you try to open the Appointment Scheduler, you have an appointment that is over 90 minutes long. You should not make long appointments to block the entire day; instead, you should set up provider hours and provider exceptions properly in the Appointment Scheduler Setup window.

To resolve error 380, delete or change the duration of the long appointment.

If the appointment is tomorrow, follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Appointment Scheduler.
2. Click the Weekly View tab.
3. Select [All] from the Provider drop-down menu.
4. Find the long appointment and delete it or shorten the duration so that it is less than 90 minutes long.

If the appointment is today, follow the instructions below:

1. Close OfficeMate.
2. Change your computer's system date to yesterday's date.
3. Open OfficeMate.
4. Open the Appointment Scheduler.
5. Click the Weekly View tab.
6. Select [All] from the Provider drop-down menu.
7. Find the long appointment and delete it or shorten the duration so that it is less than 90 minutes long.
