XML Error on VisionWeb Orders

If you receive an XML error that states, "The XML page cannot be displayed. Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later," or something similar, while you are trying to view the status of your VisionWeb orders, follow the instructions below:

1. Restore the OMATE32\DATA\VWOrders\VWDisplayOrder.xsl file from your latest backup.
2. If step 1 does not work, go to the VisionWeb website, download the file, and copy the file to your OMATE32\DATA\VWOrders folder.
