If you are using OfficeMate v10.5 or above, follow the instructions in this section:
In OfficeMate v10.5 and above, you can assign CPT codes to attributes and then assign multiple attributes to each product. When you add a product to a fee slip, all of the CPT codes linked to the product's attributes are included with the product. If you are using OfficeMate v10 or below, follow the instructions in this section:
If, when you're submitting a VSP insurance claim through the OfficeMate VSP Interface, you receive an error message that states that a CPT code is missing, you will need to add the missing CPT code to the Rx as an add-on. Because you cannot attach multiple CPT codes to products in OfficeMate, and VSP is requiring the additional CPT codes, you will need to complete the steps below as a "workaround" until the OfficeMate program is updated to accommodate products with multiple CPT codes. You cannot simply go back to the Rx and "fix" the CPT code and refresh the claim; instead, you must complete the following steps so that you can successfully submit the insurance claim to Eyefinity:
