Abstract:If you are receiving error 512 on your computer while you are using OfficeMate or ExamWRITER, ensure that you have met the following requirements:
- You have your printer properly set up.
- You have the latest printer drivers installed on your system. You may have to reinstall your printer drivers.
- You are using a laser printer and not a multi-function printer (see the OfficeMate and ExamWRITER system requirements at http://www.officemate.net/officemate_sys_req.aspx).
If you continue to receive error 512, call the Client Services department at 1.800.942.5353 or e-mail them at support@officemate.net.
