Abstract:
If you receive a Database Missing Warning error message that states: "Could not find file 'C:\OMATE32\DATA\conversion.mdb,'" click OK and reinstall your OfficeMate Suite.
If you receive a Database Missing Warning error message that states that OfficeMate or ExamWRITER is missing another type of database file (other than conversion.mdb), you may need to restore your data from backup. Call the Client Services department at 1.800.942.5353 or e-mail them at support@officemate.net for further support information.
