Abstract:
You may see a pop-up window in versions 7.0 and above asking you to confirm a name change for a patient even if you did not change the patient's name. To close this window, click Cancel and then delete any spaces after the patient's first and last name. For more information on this subject, see the linked related article below.
If this is happening with a lot of your patients and you are using the OfficeMate Suite with a Microsoft Access (not Microsoft SQL) database, run the OM Integrity Update Utility, which is located in the OMATE32 folder, to remove the spaces after all of your patients' names.
