Abstract:
If you receive error 3021 (Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.) while upgrading to OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10.5 or editing a fee slip in OfficeMate v10.5, then you most likely did not close your insurance claims using the Close HCFA Utility prior to upgrading to v10.5. To resolve this issue, following the instructions below:
- If you received error 3021 while upgrading to v10.5, first write down the fee slip and insurance numbers noted on the error message and then click Continue to complete the upgrade.
- Open the fee slip in the Fee Slip window in OfficeMate and click Edit.
- Select an insurance carrier for the fee slip and record the fee slip.
