Role Based Security Call Failed: The type initializer for '< Module >' threw an exception

If you are using OfficeMate v10.5 or above, you may receive the following error message when you log in to OfficeMate: "Role Based Security Call Failed: The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception."

If you receive this error message, follow the instructions below:

Open and review your Windows Event Viewer. If you see a message regarding a .NET Runtime Error for OfficeMate or the OfficeMate Scheduler, you may need to request that your IT provider uninstall and then reinstall all .NET Framework components, and then install all Windows updates before installing OfficeMate as an Administrator.
