If you are using OfficeMate v10.5.23 or above and you accidently converted your electronic claims format from the 4010 format to the 5010 format and now your claims are getting rejected because one or more of your clearinghouses is not ready to accept 5010 formatted insurance claims, restore your OfficeMate/ExamWRITER data from your backup prior to your conversion.
If you do not have a backup from before your conversion that you can restore, you will have to batch your insurance claims and submit them at a later time when your clearinghouse is ready to accept 5010 formatted insurance claims.
Before you reconvert your electronic claims format from the 4010 format to the 5010 format, back up your data and ensure that you are completely certain that all of your clearinghouses accept the 5010 format.
