Abstract:
If you received run time error 3265, "Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal," while you are in the summary or detailed view of the Apply to Insurance tab on the Receipts & Adjustments window, upgrade to the latest version of OfficeMate at http://myinstallcenter.officemate.net/. This error occurs when you click the column headings (i.e., Service Date, CSP, Units, Service Description, Open, Payments, Item Bal.) in this window to sort the information in the columns.
