Abstract:
If you are receiving error 381 while you are in the Appointment Scheduler, you have one of the following problems:
- A scheduled appointment that is too long (i.e., 200 minutes in duration instead of 20 minutes). If an appointment duration is so long that it overlaps the times the provider is not available or when the office is closed, this error will occur.
- The computer's system date is incorrect.
If you have a bad appointment, click the Weekly View tab, find the appointment, and adjust the service duration; or, cancel the appointment and schedule a new one with an appropriate duration.
If you have an incorrect computer system date, modify the date in your computer's Control Panel or Windows task bar. For more information on modifying your computer's system date, talk to your hardware technician.
