Abstract:
If you are using the VSP Interface in OfficeMate v9 to obtain member information for multiple groups and you receive error 400, 440, or 429, follow the instructions below to resolve the error:
- Write down the member's nine-digit insured ID and the 16-digit group/policy number that are displayed in the Multiple Groups window.
- Click the X in the upper right corner of the Multiple Groups window to close the window.
- Manually type the member's nine-digit insured ID and the 16-digit group/policy number in OfficeMate.
- Repeat your original steps to obtain member information.
